Milling Operator – Night Shift
Location: CV7, Coventry
Salary: £14.00 per hour + £2.00 per hour shift allowance

Job Description:
Our client in CV7 is looking for a reliable Milling Operator to join their night shift team. You’ll operate CNC milling machines (Heidenhain controls) and play a key role in delivering high-quality components.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines (Heidenhain controls)
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Conduct in-process checks to ensure accuracy
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Milling Operator (CNC experience essential)
• Familiarity with Heidenhain controls (please specify any experience with Hurco or other systems)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on night shifts

Working Hours:

• Night Shift:  48 hours per week
  • Monday to Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00

Breaks:

• First break: 15 minutes (paid)
• Lunch: 30 minutes (unpaid)

Overtime:

• Overtime available after probation (rate to be discussed, generally paid at x1.5)
