Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join our client’s manufacturing team in Coventry (CV2). This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with the chance to secure a permanent position after a successful probation period.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cleaning metal components for powder coating
• Applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
• Operating ovens and curing equipment to ensure a high-quality finish
• Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in powder coating or a similar role is essential
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment

Working Hours & Pay:

• Hourly Rate: £12.94 per hour
• Weekly Hours: 38 hours
• Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:00
• Friday: 07:00 – 11:00
