Trainee Brake Press Operator – Southam
£12.60 per hour | Monday to Friday | Early Friday Finish

Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting for a Trainee Brake Press Operator on behalf of a leading manufacturing business based in Southam.

About the Role:
Are you looking to build your career in manufacturing? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous CNC machining experience to step into a specialist Brake Press Operator role. Full training will be provided, and you’ll join a supportive, busy team where you can really grow your skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30
• Friday: Early finish!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up Brake Press machinery (full training provided)
• Work from technical drawings and job specifications
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
• Maintain a safe and tidy workspace
• Support other production tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience with CNC machinery (essential)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Flexible approach to overtime when required
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual

• Starting training rate: £12.60 per hour
• Daily overtime and weekend overtime available
• Enhanced overtime rate paid for all hours worked over 42 hours per week
