Recruitable Staffing – Night Shift Team Leader Opportunity!
Are you a natural team leader who enjoys being hands-on and working alongside your team? We’re looking for a Night Shift Team Leader for a thriving warehouse in Redditch—perfect for someone used to leading small teams and who isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
 
Role: Night Shift Team Leader (Hands-On)
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £17.62 per hour
Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 17:45–06:00 (36.75 hours per week)
Start: ASAP (initial training on day shifts)
 
What you’ll do:

• Lead, support, and motivate a small team of 3–4 warehouse operatives during night shifts
• Oversee goods in/out, inventory checks, and dispatch
• Champion health and safety on the shop floor
• Manage shift handovers and keep management updated
• Help train new starters and support team development
• Roll up your sleeves and get involved—this is a hands-on, active role

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience leading small teams in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• FLT Counterbalance licence/experience is essential
• Experience with Bendi FLT and Ride-on PPT is highly advantageous
• Someone who leads by example, is reliable, and enjoys working on the shop floor
• Organised, approachable, and ready to support your team
• Available to start immediately (training provided on day shifts)
