Job Description:
We are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias to join an established automotive company based in Leamington Spa. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and contributing to the company’s success.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Performing planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Diagnosing and repairing faults to minimise downtime
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety standards
• Collaborating with the maintenance team to support overall operations
• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance equipment performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias
• For electrical bias: knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and repair (relevant qualifications such as 17th/18th Edition are advantageous)
• For mechanical bias: strong understanding of mechanical systems, fault-finding, and repair (relevant mechanical qualifications are advantageous)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
