We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the dual role of Inside Sales & Key Account Manager within the air freight sector. Based in Heathrow, this role combines managing key client accounts with driving new business opportunities through inside sales efforts.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for client needs
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the air freight sector
• Preparing and following up on quotes to secure new business and support revenue growth
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any issues proactively
• Staying updated on market trends and competitor activity
