Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Brake Press Operators to join our client’s team in Southam. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful temp-to-perm period.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Brake Press machinery to produce high-quality components
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Setting up and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating Brake Press machinery is essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be flexible towards overtime during busy periods

Working Hours & Pay:

• Hourly Rate: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
