Job Title: Freight Forwarding Sales Hunter
Location: Rotterdam or Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: Up to €120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional with a proven ability to win new business in Freight Forwarding Services, including European Road Freight, Ocean Freight, or Air Freight. The role is designed for a proactive individual who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets, with the flexibility of hybrid working and occasional office visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aggressively pursue and secure new business opportunities across the UK and European freight markets.
• Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic business decisions and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• A proven track record in successfully selling UK and European Freight Forwarding Services.
• Expertise in Ocean Freight, Air Freight, or European Road Freight.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with a competitive edge and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry networking events.
