Recruitable Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Packing Operatives to join our client's expanding Production Team. This expansion is due to the brand’s rapid growth across the UK, providing high-quality, affordable products for brands and own labels.
Shift Pattern & Pay Rate:

• Days:
  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 14:15
  • Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
• Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

Overtime is available during busy periods and is paid at a higher rate.
Key Duties:

• Assembly of products
• Labelling
• Packing
• Stacking reworked stock onto pallets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
• Ability to stand for long periods (this role can be repetitive)
• Excellent timekeeping and ability to meet KPI targets

This position could lead to a long-term role for candidates who consistently perform well.
