Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Pay Rates: £13.00 per hour (Days), £14.00 per hour (Nights)

About the Role: Recruitable Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader for our client in Wellesbourne. This position is ideal for a professional with supervisory experience in a warehouse setting, ready to lead small teams in a dynamic, multi-contract environment. The role offers flexibility, allowing candidates to choose between day or night shifts within a structured 4 on / 4 off rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate small teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations
• Oversee accurate loading, unloading, and stock placement activities
• Maintain clear communication with team members to meet targets and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, fostering a safe working environment
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multi-contract warehouse setting

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on / 4 off rotation
• Day shifts: £13.00 per hour
• Night shifts: £14.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-contract environment
