Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing day-to-day freight forwarding operations, with a key focus on both imports and exports.
• Coordinating shipments via road, sea, and air, ensuring everything moves on time and on budget.
• Handling all required documentation—from Bills of Lading to customs paperwork.
• Communicating with clients, carriers, and stakeholders to keep everything running smoothly.
• Solving any shipping-related issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with your team to ensure a seamless transition and workflow during maternity cover.

What We're Looking For:

• Freight Forwarding Experience: You know import and export operations like the back of your hand.
• Transportation Knowledge: You're familiar with all transportation modes (road, sea, and air).
• Organisational Excellence: Staying organised and handling multiple tasks is second nature to you.
• Tech Savvy: You have experience with freight forwarding software and systems.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: No problem is too big when you’re on the case.
