A venue in a beautiful, location needs an enthusiastic Chef to assist in their established kitchen and strive to create quality Pub food.

About the role:

• Working within a small team providing quality food for lunch and dinner services of around 30 - 100 covers.
• The opportunity to take on extra responsibilities to further your repertoire and experience in the kitchen.
• While require someone who has their own transport to commute from the provided accommodation to site.

About you
If you are trade qualified with three or more years’ experience, and:

• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Can produce consistent quality
• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
• Own traditional uniform and knives
• Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
• Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
