This role is for an Adventurous Relief Manager. Responsible for the daily operations of the venue and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service. This includes effectively allocating work to and supervising employees in all frontline areas, as well as maintaining and complying with all safety, stock and equipment procedures. Great attitude and high service standards are key requirements for this role.

Do you measure up?

• Are you an experienced Relief Manager with at least 2+ years experience, plus;
• Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
• Have a valid QLD RMLV
• A demonstrated passion for service and all things food and beverage  
• Sound knowledge of Hotel industry and hospitality trends more generally  
• The ability to actively mentor and develop potential leaders within the team and foster an environment of growth and professionalism  
• The ability to create, implement and monitor operational systems and procedures  
• Strong communication skills and professionalism  
• A can-do attitude
