We are hiring for a HVAC Project Manager (Commercial Construction) to oversee projects from beginning to end to ensure that all aspects of the project are accounted for, including but not limited to: planning, coordination, execution, labor, materials, equipment, ordering, deliveries, subcontracted work, budgets, billing, punch lists and warranty work.  In this role, you will maximize project profitability and efficiency by finding ways to reduce costs and completing the project on or before deadline(s).
 
Responsibilities:

• General Contract and Subcontract administration
• Scheduling, logistics and procurement of equipment and materials
• Shop drawing and submittal review and coordination
• Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
• Review of subcontractor and vendor applications for payment
• Participation in and documentation of project coordination meetings
• Coordination of subcontractors' field installations
• Review and negotiate change proposal pricing with subs, vendors and subcontractors
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and timelines
• Problem solving and conflict resolution
• Quality control & Project closeout

Requirements:

• Commercial HVAC project management experience. 
• Experience with Hydronic Systems and knowledge on how they work
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.  Experience with Vista Viewpoint, Trimble Estimation, and PDF editing software like Bluebeam preferred.
• Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
