- Review project specs for system safety, functionality, and manufacturability.
- Contribute to electrical design including P&IDs, schematics, and I/O lists.
- Support equipment bring-up and debug in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.
- Manage system controls including state machines, power management, and inter-system communications (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Serial).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate system delivery.
- Provide field service support for software troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
- Interpret electrical and plumbing schematics to inform design and problem-solving.
Requirements - Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation setting.
- Automation Knowledge:
- Proficiency with PLCs and HMIs - Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View ME/SE) highly preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols: Ethernet/IP, Modbus; SECS/GEM a plus.
- Technical Skills: Able to analyze and troubleshoot control systems and code.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, ownership mentality, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 25%, both domestic and international, as projects require.
Why Work Here - Work on cutting-edge semiconductor automation systems in a clean, advanced manufacturing environment.
- Gain exposure to full system development - from concept to field support.
- Be part of a small, agile engineering team where your ideas and contributions have a direct impact.
