Our client is growing and looking for a Sales Leader!  This role is pivotal in leading and growing the Parts Sales division, fostering a dynamic business unit. If you embrace continuous improvement, maintain a growth-oriented mindset, apply critical thinking to address business needs, and possess a strong passion for expanding the parts business, we would like to speak with you!  
 
Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Parts Sales team effectively to meet sales targets.
• Translate the company’s vision into a strategic Parts Sales vision and allocate necessary resources.
• Collaborate closely with the supply chain for accurate forecasting and inventory management.
• Develop pricing strategies to uphold margin objectives.
• Continuously refine the Parts Sales strategy based on performance metrics and market insights.
• Enhance customer value through robust feedback mechanisms, fostering enduring relationships and profitability.

• 5 years in a leadership role within sales.
• Proven experience in building business units aligned with organizational goals.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication across various channels.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
• Preferably experienced in the agriculture equipment industry, parts sales, or a related field.
• Some travel may be necessary (<15% of the time).
