This role is essential to ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting, blueprint interpretation, and proficiency in Bluebeam software.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Screen bid invites for potential viability for our company.
• Utilize Bluebeam for plan markups.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, general contractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and work orders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, contracts and job costs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to field teams and subcontractors.
• Work closely with Office Manager to ensure efficient office workflow.
• Field calls and emails from clients, vendors, and potential clients.
• Material take off's.
• Prepare estimates (labor, material, & and cost) for projects. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry, most preferably with a general contractor.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam software for project management and collaboration.
• Excellent knowledge of construction project management principles, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of relevant safety standards.
