Key Responsibilities:

• Translate company goals into a compelling equipment finance strategy.
• Forecast, analyze, and optimize financial performance.
• Launch and refine innovative equipment finance products.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with funders, vendors, and investors.
• Implement efficient workflows and leverage technology to streamline operations.
• Some travel required, less than 15%

• Proven track record in equipment finance, sales leadership or related function.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
