Job Summary:

Are you passionate about the outdoors and have an eye for detail? Ground Works Land Design is hiring a Construction Estimator to assist in bringing top-tier landscape and hardscape projects to life. You'll be working closely with our in-house designer, turning creative plans into detailed project estimates. Pay Range: $70,000 – $88,000 Annually

Your Responsibilities:

• Generate cost estimates based on landscape designs and client specifications.
• Analyze blueprints, site layouts, and concept drawings to determine required materials and labor.
• Assist our landscape designer by pricing out key elements of proposed projects.
• Support both residential and commercial project estimating.
• Maintain estimation database and ensure estimates reflect current market pricing.
• Monitor project costs vs. budgets and contribute to profitability tracking.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in estimating (landscape, construction, or hardscape preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Strong organizational skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Prior design knowledge or experience collaborating with design teams is a major advantage.
• Team player who is motivated to contribute to a growing business.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
