Ground Works Land Design is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew performing a range of property maintenance services. This role is ideal for a skilled laborer with experience in commercial mowing, landscaping, groundskeeping, and client interactions. Property Maintenance Foreman -> Production Manager or Account Manager -> Operations Manager 
 
Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 contingent on experience

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Proficiently operates a variety of lawn maintenance equipment, such as zero turn mowers, line trimmers, stick edgers, hedge trimmers, backpack blowers, chainsaws, etc.
• Has an advanced knowledge of plants, horticulture pruning, lawn and landscape bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up
• Communicate with clients to address customer concerns and relay client needs to the Account Manager
• Train crew members to properly use equipment and perform job duties to the Ground Works Land Design standard
• Properly record hours and work accomplished in our job management application, Buildertrend
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Educations and Experience:

• Valid Driver’s license with minimal incidents or points in the last 3 years
• Able to work successfully with limited supervision
• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish is a plus
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in landscape and grounds keeping
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment a plus
• Able to analyze diverse problems and consistently make proper decisions

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Able to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders for periods of time
• Able to stand for long periods of time
