Advance Thinking is seeking a Solution Architect with a strong integration focus to support a large-scale transformation across a Home Health platform. 

This is a high-impact role working across digital, clinical, and operational systems that support in-home care services. 

You’ll play a key role in designing and governing end-to-end integration solutions, ensuring systems across care delivery, workforce management, and customer platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned to enterprise architecture. 

This role operates within a broader solution architecture service model, supporting multiple initiatives across a complex, regulated environment. 
  
What You’ll Be Doing
Solution Design & Integration Architecture 

• Design end-to-end integration solutions across cloud, SaaS, and legacy platforms 
• Define API, event-driven, and microservices-based integration patterns 
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, domain roadmaps, and standards 
• Translate business and clinical requirements into scalable technical designs 

Architecture Governance & Delivery 

• Provide hands-on architecture oversight across delivery teams 
• Review and approve solution designs, ensuring quality and consistency 
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and integration complexity 
• Contribute to architecture forums, governance, and design standards 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams 
• Act as a trusted advisor translating business needs into technology outcomes 
• Collaborate with vendors and internal SMEs across platforms 

Transformation & Modernisation 

• Support platform simplification and application modernisation initiatives 
• Identify and reduce technical debt across integration layers 
• Drive adoption of reusable patterns and scalable integration frameworks 

  
What We’re Looking For 
Core Experience

• 7–10+ years in IT with 3+ years as a Solution Architect 
• Strong background in integration architecture across enterprise environments 
• Proven experience designing API-led, event-driven, or microservices architectures 
• Experience working and navigating complex, multi-system ecosystems
• Strong Salesforce experience
• Integration capability (critical)

Technology Exposure 

• Cloud platforms: Azure / AWS 
• Integration tools/platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, webMethods - preferred) 
• API management, messaging, and orchestration patterns 
• CRM / platform ecosystems (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics) 

Domain Experience (Highly Regarded) 

• Health, aged care, or home/community care systems 
• Health Cloud experience and Home health domain
• Workforce, scheduling, or care delivery platforms 
• Highly regulated environments (financial services / healthcare)
