About the Role
Are you an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in Wealth, Insurance, or Healthcare domains?

Our client — a leading mutual organisation in health, wealth, insurance, and care services — is embarking on major digital transformation programs. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-level architecture and deliver impactful solutions across multiple core services:
  

• Health – private health insurance, healthcare services, and digital health initiatives
• Wealth – banking, investment, and superannuation services
• Insurance – general and specialised insurance products
• Care – aged care, disability services, and community support programs

  
What You’ll Do:

• Design & Deliver enterprise-grade solution architectures aligned to business strategy and sector standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements
• Oversee integration across cloud, on-premise, and legacy environments
• Support application modernisation and platform simplification initiatives
• Work with delivery teams to ensure alignment from strategy to execution

  
What we are looking for - Essential Experience:

• 10+ years in IT & Solution Architecture
• Proven track record delivering solutions in Wealth, Insurance, or Healthcare
• Integration & interoperability expertise (FHIR, HL7, APIs, cloud-hosted solutions)
• CRM & Digital Portals (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Automation (Appian, UiPath), API Platforms

Desirable:

• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance regulations
• Digital portals, mobile apps, and customer engagement tools
• Certifications in cloud platforms or architecture frameworks
• Experience in Agile, cross-functional delivery environments
