The role supports a transformation program spanning health, finance, and digital engagement services, with a focus on aligning delivery with architectural best practices.

About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Enterprise Architect to shape the future-state architecture across our Insurance, Wealth, and Capital Markets divisions.

Engagement Type: Contract or Permanent
Location: Hybrid – Melbourne

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints.
• Guide solution and domain architects across major programs.
• Align enterprise capabilities with technology strategy and investment planning.
• Provide architectural governance across our client's core services (retirement, health, aged care).
• Drive innovation while managing regulatory and operational risks.

Experience and Skills

• 10+ years in enterprise and domain architecture roles.
• Strong background in wealth, insurance, and capital market systems
• TOGAF or equivalent certification preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
