Advance Thinking is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect to deliver scalable, secure, and forward-thinking technology solutions for a high-profile enterprise client. The role supports a transformation program spanning health, finance, and digital engagement services, with a focus on aligning delivery with architectural best practices.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with delivery teams, product owners, and fellow architects to translate business needs into solution designs that support long-term strategy. This is a hands-on role that also involves collaboration with vendors and governance forums to ensure technology consistency.

Engagement Type: Contract (6+ Months)
Location: Hybrid – Melbourne 

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide multi-cloud strategy and roadmap (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Establish cloud reference architectures and governance frameworks.
• Align cloud initiatives with digital transformation goals.
• Support platform architecture reviews and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with risk, security, and infrastructure teams.

Experience and Skills

• 10+ years in architecture roles; deep cloud expertise.
• Proven leadership in enterprise cloud transformations.
• Strong understanding of hybrid environments and cloud governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement across business and IT functions
