Are you a passionate Scrum Master ready to drive real impact across meaningful initiatives in health, wellbeing, and digital innovation? 

Type: Contract Role
 
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support cross-functional teams within a complex and fast-paced enterprise environment. You’ll help shape delivery across large-scale digital, health, aged care, or financial services programs—where what you do directly supports the lives of everyday Australians. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives 
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team delivery and momentum 
• Coach teams on Agile principles, fostering a strong delivery culture 
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are refined and prioritised 
• Drive visibility of progress through burndown charts, dashboards, and team metrics 
• Champion team transparency, continuous improvement, and psychological safety 
• Align delivery with strategic objectives across health, wellbeing, digital, and financial domains 
• Perform additional services as required across a portfolio of transformation initiatives 

What You Bring 

• 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master in medium-to-large scale organisations 
• Solid experience in Agile frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar 
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and business stakeholders 
• Comfortable working in hybrid or enterprise agile environments 
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools 
• Industry experience in health, aged care, insurance or financial services is highly regarded 
• Relevant Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe etc.) preferred
