About the role
As a Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and adapting delivery schedules while working closely with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimise delivery schedules to ensure efficient, on‑time operations
• Communicate proactively with drivers, customers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor fleet availability and support maintenance planning
• Respond quickly to changes and develop effective contingency plans
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely operational reports

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role
• Strong geographical knowledge of New Zealand
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills
• Clear, confident communication and strong relationship‑building abilities
• A proactive, team‑focused mindset with a problem‑solving approach

Bonus points for

• Experience within transport or logistics operations
• Familiarity with dangerous goods requirements
