About the role:

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you’ll own delivery from site commencement through to completion: planning, budget, quality, client communications and risk — all executed through disciplined processes and daily cadence.

What you will lead:

• Project planning & coordination: Build and manage the delivery programme in OnePlan; align with client timelines; ensure milestones land on time.
• Budget & cost control: Track spend, manage variations, drive commercial outcomes and month‑end claims.
• Team leadership: Oversee the Site Managers to set pace and standards for installers/subcontractors; keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Risk & H&S: Identify risks early; maintain site safety and compliance.
• Quality assurance: Hold QA to spec; close defects fast; maintain client confidence.

Key delivery measures:

• ≥ 90% milestones delivered on time
• ≥ 90% projects delivered within budget
• QA issues resolved to spec with minimal rework

What you will bring:

• Proven project management experience in construction/manufacturing (windows/doors ideal)
• Project management credentials (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar).
• Financial acumen (budgets, cost control, claims).
• Strong communication and leadership — able to set tempo on site.
• High personal organisation; adaptable and results‑driven.
