Your mission: to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety across multiple manufacturing environments.

• Lead and develop a high-performing technical support team.
• Provide expert advice and training to improve fabricator performance.
• Manage critical machinery breakdowns and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee tooling and machinery supply, setup, and optimisation.
• Conduct factory audits and site visits to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive results.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.
