Looking for a role where you can use your accounting know-how but still enjoy plenty of variety? We’re on the hunt for a confident and capable Business Administration Manager to join a close-knit team in the medical sector.
This isn’t a role where you’ll just push paper – you’ll be right in the middle of things, keeping the financial wheels turning and making sure the day-to-day financial operations run smoothly. To thrive here, you’ll bring a steady hand, good judgement, and the confidence to hold your own in a busy, professional environment.
A snapshot of what you’ll do:
Stay on top of the monthly cycles – PAYE, GST, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting.
Keep things tidy across accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and debtors/creditors.
Lend a hand with general admin and be the go-to for keeping things organised.
Use your initiative to spot ways to make processes easier and more efficient.
What we’re looking for:
Solid accounting/finance skills – more than just the basics.
Comfortable with accounting software (Xero experience = a plus).
Someone who can juggle competing deadlines while staying composed and solutions-focused.
A flexible, proactive approach with the maturity to navigate different working styles.
