About the Role
This is a pivotal role where you’ll oversee service delivery, operational performance, and relationship management. You’ll lead a team responsible for ensuring delivery targets are met, coordinate daily operations, and act as the central liaison between internal teams and the client. Your ability to think strategically while executing tactically will be key to ensuring business outcomes are met—without compromising on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted partner and advisor
• Navigate the balance between customer expectations and business requirements to drive mutual success
• Provide insight and input into commercial discussions, including pricing, service changes, and contract negotiations
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost efficiency, and service innovation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment, safety compliance, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a service delivery, operations, or contract management role
• A strong commercial lens with the ability to analyse performance and drive value
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• A practical, hands-on leadership style with a coaching mindset
• Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and act decisively under pressure
• Experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
