Our client is looking for a General Manager to drive key commercial and project outcomes.  You are most likely a Project Manager who is looking to take a step up, but it is imperative that you are well connected in the wider construction industry. 

This is a true commercial and operational leadership opportunity where you will be accountable for contracts management, customer engagement, driving results and holding Project Managers accountable.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious to take the next step and the ideal candidate will:

• Have sound financial judgement
• Have the natural ability to build long term relationships 
• Be able to commercially manage projects and be happy to be more hands on when it’s needed to drive the business forward
• Experience in Quantity Surveying would be advantageous
