KSB Distributors is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full -Time Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering a variety of products, including fresh products, to local businesses and schools while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining an efficient pace throughout the day.
  
What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for someone eager to learn, able to identify opportunities, and skilled at problem-solving. The role requires heavy lifting, shelf stocking, and consistent physical activity, so physical fitness is essential.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Load delivery vehicles and verify load accuracy.
• Follow designated routes and delivery schedules.
• Stock and merchandise shelves at delivery locations.
• Identify sales growth opportunities and actively pursue customer leads
• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

  
What You’ll Bring:

• A current Australian MR Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Proven excellent driving history.
• Availability for early mornings and weekends – 2am starts
• Strong physical fitness to handle regular lifting and manual handling tasks.
• Friendly, positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with handheld Android-based devices for order management.

  
Preferred Experience:

• 12+ months of driving and delivery experience (ideal but not essential).
• Great knowledge of Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
