Job Title: Practice Manager
Location: Toowoomba Region
About Us: We are a dynamic and forward-thinking veterinary practice seeking a talented Practice Manager to join our growing team. As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic, while also contributing to the overall strategic direction of the business.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficient in rostering and managing a team of 6 veterinarians and 3 nurses
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (preferred but not essential)
• Skilled in handling accounts and financial management tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar practice management role
• Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
• Valid manual driver's license
