We’re currently recruiting for a number of Senior Administration and Payroll opportunities across Toowoomba, Oakey, Charlton and surrounding areas.

These are varied opportunities with established businesses looking for experienced administration and payroll professionals who can take ownership of their work, keep things organised and become a trusted part of the team.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a degree of autonomy, contribute to day-to-day operations and grow your responsibilities over time.

About You

We're looking for experienced administrators and payroll professionals who are confident working independently and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous payroll experience
• Strong general administration experience
• Exposure to accounting systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport

These are full-time, office-based positions, with locations across Toowoomba and surrounds. Some roles are located on the outskirts of Toowoomba, including Oakey and Charlton, so reliable transport is essential.

Salary on offer is $75-85k.
