A well-established and respected Toowoomba real estate firm is looking for two capable, motivated people to join their team.

There are two opportunities available:
Leasing Agent / Receptionist
This is a varied role that combines front-of-house reception, leasing and general administration. You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming walk-in clients and handling incoming phone calls
- Leasing properties and processing rental applications
- Showing properties to prospective tenants
- Completing general administration and office tasks
- Running errands and assisting the principals
- Finding and contacting new trades for property managers
- Contacting the RTA and council on behalf of principals
- Completing client check-in calls and follow-ups
Previous real estate experience is preferred, but it is not essential for the right person. A real estate licence will be required and will need to be obtained as soon as possible (approx $1000 Course + $400 registration fees).
Sales Admin / Accounts Manager This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving and working with numbers, while being comfortable taking ownership of their work. You will be responsible for:
- Managing sales administration including Form 6s, contracts and advertising
- Coordinating signatures and following up buyers and sellers
- Managing settlement payments and related administration
- Daily receipting and reconciliation of the trust account
- Processing client disbursements
- Processing bills and invoices
- Resolving account and rent ledger issues
- Troubleshooting issues within the accounting and property systems
- Completing general administration and assisting the principals
- Contacting the RTA and council when required
- Assisting property managers with sourcing new trades
- Completing client check-in calls
A current real estate agent licence is required for this position. You will also need:
- Strong numerical and accounting ability
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A logical, practical approach to problem solving
- Confidence working independently
- Strong software and technology skills
- The ability to research and find solutions independently
You do not need to know every system on day one. What matters is that you are confident enough to investigate a problem, work through it and find a solution autonomously.
About You For either position, we are looking for someone who is
professional, reliable and genuinely enjoys helping people.The Details Both positions offer
$55,000 to $65,000 + super, depending on experience and suitability.
The standard hours are
9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
There is
no weekend work and no after-hours work. And there is a genuine Friday perk. Agents can finish at
3pm on Fridays while still being paid through to 5pm.
