An excellent opportunity is available for a friendly, Receptionist /Admin Officer to join a well-established accounting firm in Toowoomba. This front-of-house role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and takes pride in presenting a professional image.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and visitors and providing a welcoming first impression.
• Answering and directing phone calls and managing general email enquiries.
• General administrative duties including filing, copying, scanning and mail management.
• Maintaining client records, scheduling appointments and updating databases.
• Keeping the reception area organised and office supplies well stocked.

As part of a business consolidation, the role will initially involve a significant amount of scanning, filing and handling confidential documentation, making attention to detail and discretion essential. Award rates apply. 
 
This position would suit an entry-level candidate looking to start their administration career, or someone with previous reception or office experience seeking a supportive and professional environment. Professional presentation and friendly attitude most important.
