What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end recruitment for temporary roles
• Allocating staff to client sites and managing rosters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Attending site visits and networking events
• Sourcing top talent using a variety of tools
• Preparing accurate quotes and proposals

• Experience in recruitment, allocation, or a strong sales/customer service background
• Ability to generate new business and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems
• A team player with commercial acumen
