Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor 
Location: London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Travel Allowance

Working closely with the commercial team you will provide support in the commercial function assisting on live projects and upcoming tenders.

Duties for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Procurement

• Measurement
• Re-Measures
• Take-Offs

Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:

• A minimum of 1-2 years experience with a specialist trade contractor.
• Experience within a specialist trade contractor - dry-lining / decoration / plastering / tiling.
• Commercially aware
• Team player
• Self-motivated
