This is a pure hunter role: you'll prospect, pitch, and close deals with businesses ready to upgrade their meeting rooms, offices, and corporate spaces with integrated automation solutions.

The Opportunity:

You'll own Auckland's commercial market, targeting businesses that need smarter workplaces. Think integrated meeting room technology that actually works, intelligent room booking systems that eliminate double-bookings, digital signage that keeps teams informed, and seamless AV solutions that make hybrid meetings effortless. Your clients range from corporate offices to education campuses, hospitality venues to healthcare facilities.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect and generate new business across Auckland's commercial sector through outbound activity
• Present tailored automation solutions to decision-makers: facility managers, IT directors, and C-suite executives
• Identify pain points in outdated meeting room tech and workplace systems, then solve them
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract signature
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope and deliver installations that transform how businesses operate

What You'll Bring:

• Proven success in outbound B2B sales, ideally in technology, AV, automation, or workplace solutions
• A hunter mentality: you're energized by prospecting, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated by the chase
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand integrated systems
• Experience navigating corporate decision-making processes and closing complex deals
• NZ work rights (essential)
