You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge automation technology and New Zealand's premium residential market. Think whole-home integration: cinema-grade home theatres, intelligent lighting that adapts to the time of day, climate control that learns preferences, and security systems that offer complete peace of mind. Your clients are building dream homes, and you'll show them how technology can elevate every room.

What You'll Do:

• Build and nurture relationships with architects, property developers, and high-net-worth individuals during the design and construction phase
• Present tailored automation solutions that integrate seamlessly into luxury residential projects
• Drive new business in Auckland's thriving high-end property market
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver bespoke installations that exceed client expectations
• Manage complex sales cycles from initial consultation through to project completion

What You'll Bring:

• Proven business development experience in residential automation, premium technology, or high-end real estate
• Strong technical aptitude and genuine interest in smart home innovation
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with architects, developers, and discerning homeowners
• The ability to navigate long sales cycles and close high-value deals
• NZ work rights (essential)
