I'm hiring a Bid Writer for a global leader who's fundamentally changed how winning bids get built. While other companies still have their bid teams buried in document formatting and manual drafting, this organization has moved beyond that. They use Microsoft Copilot to automate the grunt work, which means you'll spend your time where it actually matters: developing winning strategies, identifying competitive advantages, and crafting the narratives that close deals.

The Role:

• Lead bid strategy for high-value service contracts across infrastructure, facilities, and construction
• Collaborate with technical experts to shape proposals that stand out
• Drive pursuit strategy: identifying differentiators, crafting win themes, and positioning for competitive advantage
• Manage complex submissions under tight deadlines with precision and confidence

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years in tender management and bid writing (ideally in construction, infrastructure, or facilities management)
• The ability to think strategically about what wins contracts, not just what sounds good on paper
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through high-pressure timelines
• NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident (essential)
