You will be visible, approachable and respected, with the authenticity and confidence to lead an engaged, high-performing team.

As a trusted member of the Executive Team, you will also have a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of critical decision-making to assist in continuing to move the organisation forward.

- Take the lead and drive on workforce efficiency and scheduling, optimising rosters, theatre lists and patient flow to meet operational demand.
