About the Opportunity: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Accountant is a key technical leader within the finance team, with ownership of month-end reporting, statutory compliance, forecasting execution, and financial integrity across the business.
Acting as a trusted advisor and technical sounding board, you'll deliver high-quality financial insights that support confident, commercial decision-making, while strengthening systems, controls, and processes as the business grows.
This is a true "right-hand" role, offering strong visibility, influence, and the opportunity to drive meaningful improvement. As the business achieves its growth milestones, the role is expected to evolve in seniority and strategic focus.
Key Responsibilities: - Owning and driving the month-end close process and preparation of management accounts.

To be successful in this role you will have: You're a technically confident accountant who thrives on ownership and accountability, with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the broader commercial picture.
You bring structure, discipline, and insight to the finance function, while remaining collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused. With strong communication and influencing skills, you're comfortable challenging assumptions, improving processes, and translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
About You - CPA or CA qualified (essential).
- Proven track record of success with a minimum of 4-7 years' post-graduate accounting experience (essential), including at least 2 years in a senior role.
