As we continue to expand our operations and strengthen our national footprint, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to partner with our Managing Director and play a key role in driving efficiency and alignment across the business.
About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and capable Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a pivotal role in helping them stay focused on strategic priorities by providing seamless administrative, operational, and project support.
You'll manage complex calendars, communications, and travel, coordinate workflows across multiple departments, and act as the central link between the Managing Director, leadership team, and external stakeholders.
No two days will look the same — from preparing board packs and project reports to supporting HR, WHS, and special initiatives — this role offers variety, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a fast growing and exciting business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director's diary, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.
- Coordinate projects, reports, and key business activities to ensure smooth communication and accountability across departments.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and correspondence to support executive decision-making.
- Liaise confidently with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and external partners.
- Support HR and WHS administration processes in partnership with the HR & WHS Coordinator.
- Assist with special projects, research, and operational improvements as required.

You'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO, or senior executive.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and composure under pressure.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
- Initiative and curiosity — always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work.
- A collaborative, down-to-earth style, and genuine enjoyment in being part of a supportive, close-knit team.
- A growth mindset and interest in learning about the broader business to add value beyond traditional EA responsibilities.
