About the Opportunity:
As the HR & Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role with a national focus, providing end-to-end administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will center around recruitment coordination, candidate management, onboarding, and general HR administration across our national operations. Additionally, when needed, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable administration support to the People and Culture Advisor, contributing to the seamless operation of the HR function.
Key Responsibility Areas: - Assist with end-to-end recruitment administration, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, while maintaining and managing the Visa database
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions for all new employees
- Process new starter and employee exit paperwork
- Maintain and update HR systems and records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Process incident reports, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up to support workplace health, safety and compliance
- Provide excellent and efficient administrative support to the People and Culture Advisor, including scheduling and document preparation; and
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and reporting, as required.
To be successful in this role you will have: - Qualifications in Human Resources, Administration, Business or the like would be advantageous
- Previous demonstrated experience in a similar role performing end-to-end recruitment & HR administration
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Previous experience using Express and /or other HRIS would be favorable, however not essential as training will be provided
- Ability to remain focused and effective under pressure, adapting to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable directing staff to the correct resource or Department, when necessary for HR related queries, communicating clearly
- Ability to adjust to new challenges and thrive in a constantly evolving workplace
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information, both written and verbal, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
