About our Opportunity:
Are you driven to help young people discover their own path? Do you believe education should be as much about life and wellbeing as it is about academic learning?
At Youth Inc., the vision is to create a safe, supportive, and dynamic learning community where young people can explore their strengths, build confidence, and develop the mindset and skills to lead a life that truly matters to them.
As part of a close-knit team of Life Navigators, this role combines mentoring, wellbeing support, goal setting, and community connection. You’ll work one-on-one with students aged 17–24, guiding them as they re-engage with education, grow in confidence, and prepare for life and work. You’ll also design and facilitate group sessions on topics like identity, wellbeing, and life skills.
At the core of this role is the belief that every young person is unique — with their own story, background, and aspirations. As a Life Navigator, your role is to support each student’s wellbeing in a way that is respectful, culturally safe, and tailored to their individual needs.
