About the Role
Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, this role is ideal for a brilliant talent sourcer who thrives on stakeholder engagement and has a proven ability to build trust and deliver results.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Building trusted, strategic relationships with clients and expert witnesses that are at the top of their field
• Researching, sourcing, and matching expert witnesses to case briefs using both internal and external platforms
• Managing and growing the expert witness database, ensuring continual improvement in search and matching accuracy
• Vetting and qualifying experts, including background checks and due diligence
• Converting leads into billable opportunities for priority cases
• Representing ExpertsDirect at industry events and conferences

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of headhunting, research, or sourcing experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales hunting
• Previous experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Exceptional planning and prioritisation skills with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
• Comfortable providing referees to verify your performance as a results-driven problem solver
• Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Strategic thinker with strong critical analysis capabilities
• High energy, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player
