What you will be doing and will be responsible for:
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client relationships, contract management and team leadership. They will be  required to provide leadership, support and guidance to Site Supervisors and Cleaners, deliver operational requirements to support sustainable business growth and meet or exceed contract budgets.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Build excellent client relationships.
• Manage day to day operations to deliver key customer, budget & GP goals
• Lead, train and manage supervisors and staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties
• Determine staffing requirements and interview, hire and train new staff
• Implement and manage best practice WH&S practices to achieve zero LTI’s
• Monitor individual and team performance and workload and take action to address identifiable learning & development needs
• Proactively manage performance issues and focus on ongoing productivity improvement
• Implement procedures to deliver and improve business outcomes
• Support supervisors and staff by building required competencies, providing feedback, managing behaviours and performance gaps
• Ensure services are provided to the highest standard and speedily resolve issues
• Develop strong client relationships, deliver excellent customer service and positive communication to all clients both internal and external
• Monitor and promote correct usage and awareness of chemicals to ensure a safe working environment and reducing wastage by misuse and storage correctness
• Support sales & business development in implementing a sustainable strategy designed to grow the business, including walk throughs, pricing processes and all other assistance as needed

• Previous experience in an operations / client relationship and/or account management role
• Full clean driver’s license & able to drive manual vehicle
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, use initiative and can be proactive
• Professional personal presentation
• Able to undertake flexible hours of work including answer after hours phone calls
• Able to work autonomously and use own initiative
• Sound understanding of MS Office Suite and computer literate
• Great understanding of systems and processes with an open mind to efficiencies
• Ability to manage a team of employees to ensure they reach their potential
