About the opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and Board support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless coordination of the CEO Office, with a strong focus on board reporting, executive administration support, and process improvement.
Key responsibility areas:
- Managing the CEO’s diary, coordinating meetings, and ensuring they are well-prepared for all engagements.
- Preparing agendas, compiling board papers, and taking accurate minutes for monthly board and committee meetings.
- Maintaining accurate records, tracking action items, and supporting compliance with governance requirements.
- Establishing new administrative processes and efficiencies to enhance effectiveness.
- Assisting with executive-level projects and initiatives as required.
- Facilitating communication and alignment across the Senior Leadership Team.
To be successful in this role you will have: - Experience or exposure to working with Boards, with confidence in handling governance-related tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels.
- A proactive and highly organised approach, with the ability to plan and anticipate needs.
- Experience establishing new processes and efficiencies to improve administrative and reporting functions.
- Project support experience, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in minute-taking and documentation.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience using board management and digital collaboration platforms.
