VIVA Mutual are searching for a dedicated and experienced in-home support Community Nurse who has a keen interest and an abundance of experience in supporting the growth and development of nursing staff to ensure a high standard of service and in-home support to aged care participants. This permanent, full-time position offers you the chance to:
- Provide direct clinical services to aged care participants by provided top-tier in-home support services.
- Lead, support and grow a self-managed nursing team of enrolled and registered nurses with your strong mentoring capability.
- Actively contribute to operational excellence, governance and compliance through VIVA’s Clinical Governance Committee.
- Play a key role in audits and regulatory compliance for aged care services.
- Collaborate with the Operational Lead to drive continuous improvement and unique care services to aged care participants.

To be successful in this role you will have: - Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in aged care service delivery, governance, and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead and support clinical governance activities, including audits and compliance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of aged care regulations, including the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Exceptional mentoring and leadership skills for developing nursing staff.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
